Having been bartending since the age of 18, Louis Tan honed his craft at Bar Stories before eventually venturing on his own with cocktail bar Hopscotch, and private event bartending consultancy, Mixes From Mars. His cocktail creativity stems from his firm grasp of classic cocktails suffused with a local flair – his most raved about concoction: chili crab cocktail.
