We wanted to make sure our drinks would be a truly transformative and unforgettable experience. Putting extensive thought into our newly-updated cocktail menu, each drink is crafted to reflect something in Asian cuisine we hope people would identify with or explore for the first time.
Adventurous travellers looking to discover a more unique side of Singapore, as well as locals looking to fall in love with the local culture all over again, are bound to be delighted by the drinks we serve up. Whipping up handmade infusions like bonito vodka and osmanthus-infused Kakubin whisky, we put our own Asian-style spins on classics like the bloody mary, with our version reminiscent of the Japanese takoyaki. Meanwhile, a Nonya-inspired creation celebrates the best of our Peranakan heritage.
We also venture into the relatively new field of molecular mixology, cocktail caviar and even espuma into our experiments, our drinks are constantly improving as gastronomic experiences in their own right. It’s no wonder Hopscotch is constantly touted as one of the top bars in Singapore!
