Deep, warm and rustic, the Pot Head is a spirit forward favourite in the fifth iteration of Hopscotch’s cocktail menu.
Although it may come across mildly offensive to some, the Pot Head was inspired by the coolies of day past whoose only sweet reprive came from lighting a joint at the end of the day. Inspired by the classic Negroni cocktail, the Pot Head incorporates use of traditional chinese herbs in a homemade ratafia.
