When is the Valentine’s Day Menu available ?
Our course menu is only exclusively available during dinner service on 14th February 2025.
Refund Policy
Refunds will not be available for requests made from February 10th onwards. For cancellations made before February 10th, a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
When should I arrive?
To ensure a smooth dining experience, we highly recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your reserved time.
Can I choose my seats?
Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. We appreciate your understanding.
What happens if I am late?
We will hold your meal for up to 15 minutes. After this period, we may not be able to guarantee service as scheduled.
Are Drinks included?
Drinks are not included in the set dinner. However, we’ll be offering Happy Hour all night, and our team has crafted an exclusive Valentine’s cocktail available for purchase to elevate your celebration!
Is there a dress code for the occasion?
No, there is no dress code. Feel free to dress comfortably for a memorable evening!
Do I have to pre-purchase the course menu?
We strongly encourage pre-purchasing the course menu, as seating is limited. Once the online orders reach capacity, the menu will be considered sold out, and on-the-day orders will not be available.
Can I deliver flowers or cakes to the outlet?
We do not recommend arranging deliveries, as the high volume on the day may lead to mix-ups, and we’d hate for that to happen. However, if you insist, please ensure that your name matches your reservation name clearly and inform us upon arrival so we can assist in sorting it out for you.
